1) Raise the toilet seat.
2) Wash your hands.
3) Adjust clothing. Trousers shoudl be pulled down in front a few inches. Skirts should be lifted. Underwear should be pulled down at the waistband, or move the fabric at the crotch to one side.
4) Using either hand, make a 'V' with your first and second finger and spread the inside of your labia minora.
5) Lift to the desired angle, then pee. (If you don't spread and lift, it could run down your leg.)
6) Wipe your labia if neccessary.
6) Return the toilet seat to its original position. Wash your hands and you're done!

Not bad if you know that in my culture the male people avoid peeing while standing! In my country it's so, as my religion has recommended not to pee while standing, and to do it while sitting or squatting. I know there, they teach the kid when he can stand up, how to pee while standing, but it's not so here. However, I am male and quite healthy, but I don't pee while standing. You should consider that there are many different ways around the world! Here even men don't(and women don't also), and there you make women do!

I practiced in the shower first...then moved to toilet. don't try and pee standing while on period at first...drips of red are too distracting to manage at the same time.

I have seen the finger-assisted method many years ago, when I was a child. My sister used it and probably my mom too. I explained the method to my wife and after a while she became to use it regularily, as the standard way. We transmitted the know-how to our daughters from the begginning, so for them *this way* is natural. My whole family is peeing standing up, no matter "she" or "he". What's wrong with that??
