Seventeen years old and going strong, the Burning Man festival attracts upwards of 30,000 free spirits to the remote Black Rock Desert in northern Nevada, where they assembled for this year's mass meditation, art festival and fiery bacchanal. But Robby insists that he is "perfectly mentally stable," and that the time-travel technology he seeks is out there somewhere.
"A lot of people will say the stuff I talk about is crazy and out of this world. But I know for a fact that it is true and does exist. Untrained minds may disagree with me, but they don't have access to the sources that I do," he said.

I'm a time traveler stuck here in 2003. Since nobody here seems to be able to get me what I need (safely here to me), I will have to build a simple time travel circuit to get where I need myself.
